Dr Elizabeth Anya-Petrivna joined the History Council of Victoria (HCV) in November 2024, representing the National Trust of Australia (Victoria), where she is Senior Curator and Historian.
Elizabeth is a Melbourne-based curator and exhibition maker with the National Trust of Australia (Vic). Her research interests include nineteenth-century dress, interiors and handcraft. Elizabeth is currently completing post-graduate research at RMIT, School of Fashion and Textiles where she teaches fashion theory and history. In 2017, she was awarded the Museums Australia Victoria Award for Excellence for her work with the Trust’s fashion and textiles collection.
